Our Process
We meet to find out what your vision is, we come up with a plan and a quote, Once you have chosen us as your contractor we pull the permits and get started. Our in house crew will do the framing, electrical, HVAC and Insulation, Getting your project to a 4 way inspection in about 2 weeks. Then the drywall goes up, Doors and trim are next. Paint follows, and then our crew is back in to finish up the electrical, plumbing, HVAC and door hardware. Last thing is the flooring and final inspections. A typical project takes 7-9 weeks to complete. We give you the option to provide your own vanity, lights and flooring.
Preconstruction Design
We provide a simple floor plan at no charge. If we are awarded the project we will submit full plans to the city for the permit application
Design & Construction Estimate
We offer a detailed quote that shows everything we are doing and at what cost it is to you. It's an al a cart on options and you can add or take away what you want
On-Site Consultations
We are happy to come to your home and discuss the vision that you have for your future finished basement or remodeled kitchen

We have worked hard to develop relationships with suppliers, cities, and subcontractors. we do most work in house but we do sub out the plumbing to Pollard Plumbing, the drywall and texture from Oscar Martinez and his amazing crews, Ward Construction installs our doors and trim, and Neath Painting does an amazing job adding color to our projects.
We have used these subs for the last 7 years because they constantly deliver a high end product at a reasonable cost.
